Hi, my name is Anne Humphrey and I am very excited to be joining Tindley for a fourth year. This is my first year teaching 3rd grade!  Before that I taught kindergarten for 7 years and working in various positions in schools since 2007.

I graduated from IUPUI in 2007 with my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and ESL. I also had the opportunity to study abroad my sophomore year in Puerto Rico!

 

I grew up in Indianapolis and have a 11 year old son, Antonio, who attends Forest Glen Elementary, which is a Spanish Immersion school in Lawrence Township. We enjoy spending time outdoors and looking for new exciting books to take us on adventures.  During quarantine we adopted a dog which has added a lot more fun to our family!  His name is Wallace (WallE).

 

I look forward to meeting all my students and working with the amazing faculty at Tindley Genesis and being back in person.
