Ms. Garbsch
Hello Tindley families! My name is Ellen Garbsch, and I am looking forward to a great school year with all of our scholars. This is my third year as an educator and my first year teaching second grade. The past two years I have spent teaching third grade math at TGA. I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University and received my bachelor's degree from there in 2020. This past June I have completed my master's degree from Relay Graduate School of Education. I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio but have grown to love Indianapolis in the time I have lived here.
I strive for all of my scholars to feel represented and included in the classroom and am confident that they will all become critical thinkers. It is my foundational belief that all children deserve a safe and nurturing environment to learn in, which we provide here at Tindley Genesis. I value strong relationships with parents and families and communication. I look forward to my scholars making exceptional gains this school year and moving forward on the path toward college!
